The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number and IP address. If your purchase a product from us, we only accept Paypal or BACS/IBAN and do not receive, collect, process or store any card details.

We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil obligations as part of running a limited company, for example retention of accounts for 6 years. All personal data is destroyed after 6 years or 3 years after last contact – whichever is longer. Your Private Information will never be sold or rented to any third party or shared for any marketing purpose and is used by Alliance Classic Motors strictly for business purposes only.

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. There are however a number of automated emails which are generated from the online shop for example to confirm an order or to help you with a forgotten password. These emails are only sent at your request.

At this time we do not send any direct marketing by post or email. If we decide to start this, it will be an opt-in service and this policy will be updated accordingly.

 

How you can Access, Update and Apply for the removal your information

The accuracy of your information is important to us. If the data you have provided to us is inaccurate or has changed, please email us at contact@thelambro.com so that we can update the information.

You have the right to request a copy of the information Alliance Classic Motors Ltd hold about you. This request will be processed in line with GDPR and you can request this by emailing us.

Under article 17 of the GDPR, individuals have the right to have personal data erased, also known as ‘right to be forgotten’ in certain circumstances. You can request this in an email to us. Please note that we may not be able to delete all personal data especially if we have a legal obligation to keep the data for a period of time, for example for accounting. We will provide you with details of what we can and cannot remove, and the timescales without undue delay and within 1 month of receipt of your request.
