Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Alliance Classic Motors Ltd reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Alliance Classic Motors Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training purposes.
Description of Condition
Items are listed on this website under the following descriptions.
New Old Stock - this refers to items that were originally produced by Innocenti or their manufacturers. These items have not been used but as they are 50+ years old, there may be slight damage cosmetically due to storage. Few items are packaged in original packaging and as a rule, New Old Stock items will be sent without this packaging.
New/Remanufactured - these items have been remade and are new, unused items.
Used - items that have been used in or on a vehicle. These items may be Innocenti or other manufacturer's parts. More details can be found on an items description. These items are in working order but condition is used.
For spares or repair - these items are those which need to be repaired or used for components/pieces. The specific condition of these parts will be explained in the item's description. They are not for sale for use 'as is'.
Photographs used are for illustrative purposes. They are not necessarily the item you will receive although the item will match the description and condition detailed. Innocenti packaging/labels and/or Lambretta tags may or may not be included with the specific item you purchase even if they appear in photographs. Should you require this specifically, please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfill your request.
Typographical Errors
While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Alliance Classic Motors Ltd shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, Alliance Classic Motors Ltd, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:
a.) If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.
b.) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.
We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice.
Sales tax / International Orders
International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Alliance Classic Motors Ltd is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Alliance Classic Motors Ltd recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges.
Alliance Classic Motors Ltd is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.
Returns and Right to Withdraw
Right to Withdraw
You have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel your order without reason. If you wish to exercise your 'Right To Withdraw' please complete the downloadable form and email this to us at contact@thelambro.com with ‘Right to Withdraw’ as the subject line.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of the ‘withdrawal/returns’ form, provided the goods are returned within this period. Should the goods be returned outside of this time frame, we will endeavour to refund you within 2 working days of receiving the returned item(s). Postage charges for sending the item to you will be refunded along with the cost of the item but return postage is your responsibility. We recommend returning smaller items using Royal Mail (£3.95 - £10) and using a courier (approximately £11) for larger items. If you would like advice on the most cost effective method of returning your item, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
Returns of a Faulty Item
If the goods returned are found by us to be faulty (including wrong items and items not matching their description) we will refund all monies paid by you for the goods (including delivery costs) together with any return postal charges you may have incurred (subject to these being reasonable)
Please let us know if your item is faulty as soon as possible. Returns of faulty goods for a refund will only be considered within 30 days from receipt of your item.
We will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst items are in return transit. We recommend that you insure the goods and package them securely, preferably in their original packaging.
Returns of non-faulty items
Once the time frame of Right to Withdraw has passed (14 days) if you wish to return a non-faulty item, for example you have ordered the wrong item or you don’t like an item please contact us. We endeavour, wherever possible to honour a 30 day return policy. Please note that return postage is your responsibility and will not be refunded.
Please note, Alliance Classic Motors Ltd is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned with the exception of faulty items where shipping will be refunded.
